No he's not i can see Joseph Parker, Gerald Washington, and Andy Ruiz all get shot before him because they have better promoters

Miller is self promoting pretty good. Kassi makes or breaks him. A stumble here and even Haymon won't sign him. Big KO or bruising dec. Show something and he's in the mix. Kassi is a spoiler, he makes guys look bad even when he loses.

I am interested to see the Kassi fight and will go from there. I am not overly impressed with Miller but he certainly has some things going for him.

On a scale I was more impressed with Wilder due to his length and athleticism but I am more impressed with Miller than Charles Martin who while big looked like every other marginal chubby American heavyweight of the last 20 years or Breazeale who is a total stiff albeit a tough stiff, Miller might not be the goods but he looks like something a bit different than that standard even if he is a bit overweight himself but the Kassi fight will really tell a lot.

Kassi is a tough, durable dude. I'm very interested to see how Miller does against him. I like Miller but I think he still needs a few more fights after this one before trying for a belt. Put him in with some guys like Rossy, Kauffman or Witherspoon after this to get him some more experience at this level.

Kassi was stopped by the much smaller Mansour but had questionable decisions go against him with Arreola, etc. Jarrell's size may be too much.
