            power to the kid. takes a strong dude to even make it through something like that, nevermind to become an olympian.


            i don't even have the heart to post her picture, but valero's wife was a legitimate angel. beautiful, beautiful girl.


            now if you search for a picture of her the first thing that pops up is a picture of her dead body with her throat cut.

            valero's where he deserves to be; and that's dead.

              i hate to talk about him positively, but valero had the goods. i've watched basically every round of sparring on the internet, and it's obvious that the guy had snap in his punches and vision that you don't teach. he could have been a great, great fighter. his talent and punching power was downright scary.

                Happy that the kid is where he is and hope that he continues down the right path.

                He would have been 13 when his mentor killed his sister. That's not something someone can understand let alone come to peace with.

                    This guy appears so level-headed with the way he has handled the whole thing. He has forgiven Valero, hasn't lost his faith in God, and is still trying to accomplish great things with his life.

                    Exemplary behavior all the way around.
