He likes signing the no-hopers like Josesito Lopez, Victor Ortiz, and Angulo who have no hope of getting anywhere and easy enough to feed to someone, or ****ty prospects no one else was out to get like Miguel Flores, Jorge Lara, and Chucky Flores.

Im sure thats completely by accident.
You know guys like Devon Alexander who were figureheads at one point who were eventually reduced to scrubs.
