          I like Vargas and think he is more suited to a pro style. if the bout was longer he looked like he would take it.

              The American Olympians guys are very overrated by the Press ...Vargas mayb the best talent-wise but will have a long, difficult climb @ fly or Jr bantam ...the women don't even matter judging the poor state of female boxing in the US...

                Vargas is the only fighter of the us squad that always get the tough draws, also is the best of all them, rooting for him as a pro.

                    I see Shakur being the most successful pro, but that because he can adapt and is an smart fighter, in his own words he said he isn't the fastest, the strongest or the harder puncher, just the smartest, Vargas in the other hand is more talented, fast, explosive, reflexes, footwork, can punch too, but not as educated as Shakur.
                    Funny thing is that Shakur has beaten Vargas.
