The hard puncher is potentially traveling to Russia for his next fight, because Andrey Ryabinsky of World of Boxing has secured the promotional rights after submitting the winning bid at the WBA's purse bid in Panama - for Ortiz's mandatory defense against #3 ranked Alexander Ustinov (33-1, 24 KOs) of Russia.

                  World of Boxing was represented at the bids by Vlad Hrunov, who manages Ustinov. The winning bid was $600,000. No other parties took part in the purse bid. Ustinov is promoted by Frank Warren
                  Dade Promotions is trying to buy out Ortiz contract but they didn't even put a bid up? smh

                          Oscar has Cameltoč under his banner, in other words that guy has the biggest cash cow ! I highly doubt they're short of a dime or two.

                              May be not, but GBP have got to pay 10mil as fine to Ginger's ex promoters too.. & if his Smith fight doesn't do well in PPV then they have got to make up for it.. They are also due 1 regular fight on HBO this year - non money making fight basically..
