No idea what he means by a "crawford" job because to ME. He hasn't fought someone who's as a complete fighter as he is. kovalev is a COMPLETE fighter when he's 100% focused. Did any one else see the video of brand sparring the other day & he gets knocked down by a right cross against Shabransky??? Andre couldn't do that ONCE. He has zero for kovalev. I think kovalev beats him in 10 rounds if he's got Dre shook. You can't adjust to power shots when they are landing.

          It's possible.

Hoping the fight gets made/actually happens (w/a good co-main event bout).

Over 12 rounds: Hit and not get hit/Sweet Science/Boxing lesson.

After the fight: tons of threads on here talking about how Ward ran all night.

The one difference here is that in my opinion Kov isn't afraid to engage, nor is he terrible at cutting off the ring. He doesn't rely on a jab only and he knows how to evade punches thrown at him. If Ward tries that nonsense he'll end up schooled as bad as Hopkins was.

I don't see Crawford/Postol here, not at all. I do see some slick boxing from SOG, but I also see him taking at least some risks here and there.

It won't be THAT one sided. Postol was thoroughly embarrassed and outclassed.

Very disappointing performance. When you are one dimensional and have no ability to adjust that's what happens.

I don't think Kovalev is going to get embarrassed the Way Postal did. Ward doesn't have the legs to move like that for 12 rounds and Kovalev is not gonna get confused and look terrible loading up on just one shot all night. Ward could win easily but I expect a hell of a fight.
