    When Canelo turns 30...

Canelo got the unique problem of being a 154lbs fighter by height and a 175lbs fighter by weight, often walking around at 185lbs. So far, he has been able to drain himself of weight very effectively and to rehydrate himself even more effectively. But with age, that becomes harder and harder to do. Right now, it must be terribly hard on Canelo to fight at 154-155 lbs and if not for Golovkin or Saunders, then he would likely have just fought at 160lbs. When he turns 30, though, the weightdraining business is over. He won't be able to jump between 154lbs and 185lbs anymore. By age 30, Canelo will either fight at 168lbs or have made a new weightclass at 162lbs or something...Even later in his career, he just might be forced to move to 175lbs. Which weight class do you see Canelo at when he reaches 30?

Lol, imagine if Canelo one day is forced to fight at cruiserweight. Would be hilarious.

But yeah, when Canelo grows too old for his unusual dehydration/rehydration albino superpowers to work, we'll probably have a new Butterbean.

Hes going to start taking losses, canelo tries to bully smaller guys and hes made a career of it. Only time it backfired was against floyd because floyd didnt let his ass rehydrate too much by making the fight at 152 and exposed him.

            Look at canelos last opponents

Khan-lol ballooned up glass jawed welter
Kirkland- shot fighter with a shot chin
Cotto- smaller man past his peak

Once he doesnt have a big size advantage and isnt facing a shot fighter he will start taking losses . Canelo is basically a middleweight draining himself to hide from middlweights. The funny part is that he is also avoiding the top JMW's in the process, i used to like canelo but hes exposed himself as a bitch whos scared to take another loss

He's going to move up to MW in the next year or so and at most he'd end his career up at 168 where he'd be outsized big time. I think he has the frame/thickness to do well at 160, he's strong and has good power and ability. 168 will be tough because he's going to be fighting people 5"11 and over.
