The U.S. bronze medalist at the 1996 Atlanta Games stood on a platform at Riocentro Pavilion 6 to watch Saturday evening's fights, starting with the welterweight quarterfinals. I like the effort Floyd is putting into finding talent for Mayweather Promotions. His team ain't all that deep right now, but I suspect in another 4-5 years with him actively recruiting guys & getting some W's & some L's in the scouting world he'll have a nice roster. I just wish he'd stay out of the corners & let the trainers do their jobs during the fights. I'm not so sure he's cut out for that.
