Comments Thread For: Froch To Golovkin: Pick on Someone Your Own Size or Move Up!
Former super middleweight champion Carl Froch is wondering why WBC/IBO/WBA/IBF middleweight king Gennady Golovkin (35-0, 32KOs) has not moved up in weight.
why dont you shut the **** up big nose. you had your opportunity to arrange a fight and you bottled it. youve got contradicted yourself aswell too ****head, asking him to step up but then saying the guy who is stepping up (brook) will be a tough fight. Should think before you speak cobra.
This is getting ridiculous. Canelo, who ducked GGG, criticizing his opponents. Froch, who retired instead of fight GGG at 168, criticizing GGG's opponents. Danny Garcia, the ultimate cherry picker, who could have fought Brook or Thurman a year ago or any time since, criticizing GGG's opponents.
Generally speaking that seems to be the formula they use to duck and try to discredit the best fighters. First everyone who is any good ducks him, then they all turn around and say "who has he fought???? Why won't he fight anyone good!"
It's ridiculous but a large enough percentage of boxing fans are biased and don't care about supporting the best, just supporting their own skin color, that they can get away with it.
Says the guy who wouldn't set foot in the ring with him! He wants to unify at 160, something Froch never could do. So Canelo, Jacobs and Saunders backed out and in came Brook. He's not picking opponents, he took what was available Mr. Much-Needed Rhinoplasty!
He also says Brook is the most dangerous fighter he's faced lol
Beating Brook would be an absolutely fantastic feat for GGG If he can do it, It won't be one to take lightly and I don't think Golovkin is taking it that way hence his weight at 165lbs.
How many 0's has Golovkin took?
How many people has GGG been the first one to KO?
Wade
Monroe Jr
Ishida
Murray
Geale
Adama
Proska
Most of these guys haven't been stopped since, not only does GGG give us all a show but he absolutely dominates guys that the top 5-10 guys of the division would need 12 rounds to beat.
Sorta the difference between great and just enough, just enough being Andre Ward who utilizes so much fouling and cheating into his boxing which let's be honest that's not skillful anyone can cheat no credit for dirty fighters.
