Who will be p4p king next year

    There are 3 options

    1. Andre Ward
    2. Erroll Spence
    3. Terrence Crawford

It will be one of these boys I guarantee 100% unless wilder gets back quickly and flattens fury and roidua

Gotta be Crawford, Roman, or Ward/Kovalev.

My money would be on Roman, all depending on who Crawford fights (before/after the Manny fight) and on who Kovalev fights.

Most likely the winner of Kovalev-Ward

Far too early for spence, would need to unify the welterweight div which as the current champs have problems fighting each other seems very unlikely

Beating another P4P boxer and unified @ 175 weighs heavy in this...how its done also speaks to the level of skill you posses...Therefore Ward vs. Kovalev are being considered the front runners in this race but there is a funny twist to this for Kovalev: see beating a guy whos coming up in weight to face you is not considered something special and when you never climbed above Light-Heavy weight with a decent resume its hard for any respectable panel to give it to him.

Now you can argue for Roman Gonzalez that his journey is parallel with a less accomplished fighter but elite in the division #1. or #2. ( undefeated ) @ super-flyweight multiple defenses just like Sergey but younger however he ( Chocolatito ) is doing it without a tuneup ( unranked ) unlike Ward that settled into the weight and is currently @ #.3 ; Factor in that RG has been doing this not once or twice not even three but going for 4 times! its very difficult to take it from Chocolatito ; a great performance from Ward or even Kovalev might win them that spot.

              My contenders:

              Kovalev / Ward

Roman G if he can beat Cuadras & Naoya arguably would deserve it as well.

I'm trying to think what Lomachenko could do, but I wish he was able to have fought some of the big names at 126. Had he beaten a combination of Frampton/Selby/Cruz, and then gone up and cleaned out 130 (particularly Walters), then he could have also been a possible contender.

Crawford would need to beat someone big at 147, like Thurman or Spence, and then I would consider him a contender (but I doubt that would happen).

If Canelo beats Golovkin, I'd also throw him in for a contender as well.

Whoever rises to the top of the toughest division...or the guy that breaths life into a dead one.

                You never know.

There are lots of young guys coming on the scene that will surely make noise.

Shakur Stevenson will turn pro right after the Olympics,he will draw tons of attention.

Devin Haney has the tools and the team no make big things happen.

Tank Davis has lights-out power with an exciting fan friendly style.
