Well-deserved accolades for Frampton. Must be a huge thrill to have a city and maybe a whole nation applauding him for his accomplishments.

That said, I agree with youbeight. Cracking the top 10 p4p list rings hollow when he had ample opportunity to prove he was the top dog by beating the universally recognized number one in Rigo at 122. I think Rigo has already stated that he would fight Frampton at 126 in Belfast? If so beat LSC again in the UK before Xmas for the business and then schedule Rigo for next year. It would be decent money too.

If you say so, but again the world has to come to Rigo. I am waiting for the first Rigo fan to grow a pair and demand he too move up and chase fights.

His fans would show up to the rigo fight the same way his UK fans show up to alot of their fights like Avalos, Martinez and etc. its only here in the US where we have idiots who try to downplay competitive fights bc of the stylistic matchup but enjoy fighters taking mediocre fights for quick cash grabs.

Rigo going to belfast is as believable as the great myth that Floyd walks around in the light 150's. Rigo is not a money maker and I get he's a threat but he ain't that much of a threat where losing to him destroys your career at all. He wasn't going to get a decision in Belfast and thus it wasn't ever going to actually happen in Belfast. UK? Maybe? Belfast not in a hundred years. Yeah he got ducked but maybe just maybe if he got off his pool chair, put on some kicks and started campaigning for fights like other fighters do he wouldn't have these issues he's having. Maybe also consider a move out of that dead @ss division.

In 17 fights, Rigo has fought in the USA, UK, Ireland, China, and Japan; I believe him when he says he'd fight in Belfast. The location would be a source of motivation as Rigo would be forced to outclass Frampton in front of a raucous crowd and potentially biased judges.

Saying all that, I agree with your first comment. Let Frampton bask in the glory of becoming the first 2-division titlist from Ireland.

i've seen he's even questioned doing it..but nobody at 126 is calling him out at all..

and on top of that the dude is 5'4, 36 years old, and can eat doughnuts at the weigh in and make 122...and u're asking him to go up in weight while they've put rust on him and more age by ducking...U HAVE TO UNDERSTAND that this is wat the duckers and networks wanted you to say..they wanted you to put the blame on him but all he wanted to do was fight them like boxers should want to do.

futhermore we've seen him kill a p4p king and run even more top guys off..thats enough for me..if he wants to own 122 or lower he should do it..i think he should go to 118

Bro I make my own mind up, been a fan of the sport for 30 plus years. Rigo should've made this move eons ago. Four pounds ain't gonna kill Rigo but it might see his punch resistance tested often. He doesn't want to test his chin at 126 which i can respect but to sit there complaining about not getting his due instead of going and getting it isn't helping him none. There are considerable better paydays at 126 for him.

He ain't going to Belfast cuz, he'd have to be ****** and expect to win by KO to go there. It's like fighting Canelo in mexico or texas..you could beat him pillar to post and not get a decision.

What would Rigo have to lose? He'd have no title at 126 (where the fight would take place).

so moving up was supposed to get him network dates?? dude you argue is dumb af...they played you and ruined boxing for the real fans..

there is only one fight he was mentioned and that was lomo..HE ASKED TO BE PAID..hbo/top rank/lomo told him cum up in weight for less than your career high while he was still in line for frampton/quigg winner...

he is in the uk now where boxing is hot..it took time but moving up doesnt nothing for his career except put him at risk since he hasnt been fighting..
