Say both Manny and Floyd in their prime? Fighting either guy gives an up and comer a lot of exposure.
But chances are you'll lose to Mayweather... and he'll probably make you look silly.
But at least with Manny there's the possibility of getting into a war. So even if you do lose, people will have something to talk about. You'll be the guy that went toe to toe with Manny for 12 rounds... not the guy that got potshotted for 12 rounds and lost a boring decision to Floyd.
There's a bigger gamble with Floyd. If you take his 0 that's huge. But the risks are higher (of losing by boring decision).

But with Floyd they get the bigger reward and the notoriety for beating him would blow the lid off boxing as he is an undefeated AGT and currently a iconic figure in boxing , thats why everybody wants to fight him nobody cares but the extreme Pac fanboys if Manny got beat , while Manny is still a boxing icon Floyd is the biggest scalp in boxing .
Winning is what keeps fighters relevant and the current WWs cant beat Floyd so its a catch 22 , go for it and suffer the loss or fight Manny where its very possible to take him out , the fighters would probably want Floyd but their managers might think beating Manny is better than losing to Floyd .
