Broner was around a 10-1 favorite and Maidana didn't just beat him, he flattened him.

has to be broner, that will be maidanas signature win when all is said and done. At the time broner was the next boxing superstar, maidana set up as a good name to get on the record, not seriously considered to beat broner. Then he proceeded to beat the **** out of him. Will never forget look on broners face i think it was about midway through round 2, '**** what have i got myself into'

              The Victor Ortiz win.

Maidana was decked 3 times and rallied back to win by 6th round TKO.

That was Maidana's first fight in the states. It was a huge door opener.

Both very good performances he was blatantly robbed in the Floyd fight though feel bad for him boxing politics got in the way of him having a momentous upset but that's just boxing crooks for you they'll do anything to protect a guy who has manipulated the sport and made a mockery of it.

His fight against Broner for sure. It was so great to see Maidana beat that punk up for 12 rounds. Broner is the most classless fighter in boxing. He's a de****able cheat and disgrace to the boxing profession.

The Broner win was an absolute joy to watch. Broner was being talked about as the next superstar and had that disrespectful punk mouth. I didn't like him at all and thought him overrated. Chino exposed him as not that great and broke him down. I loved it that after Broner had gyrated behind Maidana early on that Chino returned the favor later on. That was classic.

That said, I think the Mayweather fight was a better performance. Maidana did pull off the upset in that one IMO. And Mayweather was definitely higher on the totem poll than Broner ever will be. To me that had much more significance. It seems you have to beat Mayweather through the mat before you'd ever get a decision. Chino put a serious hurt on him. It's a shame he didn't get the W he deserved.

So in the end, I picked the Mayweather fight.

                      I say the ortiz fight..

Ortiz was really on a tear at the time, and dropped Maidana multiple times early, only for Maidana to get up and go into beast mode and take ortiz's soul..
