The only reason he's saying this is because Pacquiao next fight isn't on HBO.

No, that's partially fair. TBE has domesticated this man like I've never seen before. He might as well call Floyd and join TMT at this point.

I'll defend Pac like Mayweather on this one....

Pac is fighting a legit young champion who only has one loss. Pac has fought a whose who of fighters he doesn't owe any explanation for this fight. He just fought Mayweather, Bradley now Vargas. I would ask all pundits to line up any fighters last three fights and compare to Pac and you'll get crickets.

Agreed. It's not sad Max, it's just obvious. Pac's retirement lasted about as long as a commercial break. He's never denied he's doing double duty as a senator now. It's a cash grab and a well advised move to go for the easier fight/ payday rather than MAYBE come out of a war with Crawford with the win and then, what? Go back to boxing full time and manage to get younger by 15 years in the process? All the upside of a Crawford bout would be on Bud's side. Let him make some money to pay the lawyers he's hired to figure out his tax mess. Lord knows Pac's earned it.
