Brook, like a lot of other "welterweights" should be fighting at 154 or 160lbs.
176lb "welterweights" is why boxing needs to go back to same day weigh ins
Would force these guys in all divisions to fight closer to or right at natural weight and we find out who is good at fighting and who is good at dumping weight and re-hydrating
