This is a good one, if the fight is a shootout, I got Stevens. But I feel like Lemieux will probably play it safe since he's in need of some wins to get back to where he was and win a UD or late stoppage.

Lemuiex has never actually knocked out a middleweight to my knowledge. All his wins were guys moving up like Tapia or Guerrero.
Hey not everyone on this site reads every single one of your posts, I figured by the name you use that you seem to be comparing DL's KO's to Canalita's. The truth is they are all tough just way to much politics in boxing now , hey I would have rather seen DL fight in Dallas over Smith?

I'd change name if I could, he's humiliated himself and everyone liked him, I don't think I met a Canelo hater before this year.

I hate how Lemiuex is hyped he doesn't fight threats outside of Golovkin.

Who do you want to see him fight? I think he is old school, I have never read anything about him turning down a fight, hey look he won the IBF and then he fought GGG next, name one other champ who does that? and he had $$ options, he could have played it safe and milk that belt with houses over 10 000 at the Bell Centre [ vs easier lower comp.] in Montreal but he took a risk...there is too much BS in boxing now, so many fights could get made but the boxers think there is lots of dough out there for them but meanwhile we read about shrinking ratings?

I don't have anything against the guy but he just never seems to earn his hype. His best KO win is Fernando Guerrero, a 154 pounder who Tony Harrison just knocked out. Can you name an actual middleweight he knocked out? He literally just fought a 154 pounder coming off a loss.

If he beats Curtis it'll change my opinion because right now he's a guy Alcine beat.

Hey between FGuerr, Rosado,Tapia, he has taken out who they have put in front of him, he is way more deserving to hold a MW title then the vagyna warrior BJS? Lemieux looked impressive the night he won the vacant, he knocked the African down so many times it was a violent 12 rounds! I would like to see the Frenchman Soro fight some of these top MW's he needs to relocate to PBC / US or even in Montreal he would be popular.

Because Cotto beatdown > Lemieux beat down.

I thought this fight wasn't gonna happen, but seems plausible now since Kirkland most likely moving on to Cotto and Lemieux needing somebody to validate an HBO date

Give props to Stevens. David will KO him, but he doesn't run away like Canelo and now Ward from a bad ass. Stevens would beat Canelo too.
