Sam Peter makes Ricardo Mayorga look like Floyd Mayweather.

He is so crude that you feel dirty watching him fight.

I think Peter's performance against Wlad was enough to show that he's more than just "hype." If he was just a hype-job then he'd have been blown out in a few rounds. Wlad is the best HW in the world, remember. Peter got clearly beaten, but not as badly as the well-respected Byrd, and he had a few good moments where Wlad was in trouble.

All three times Wlad went down was from an illegal punch to the BACK OF HIS HEAD!!! If you think that scores Peter some talent / skill you are mistaken. Thats like Zab Judah punching your PBF in the nuts, its an illegal punch. Thats why on the scorecards not a single KD was counted, foolish to even bring it up it only makes Peter look bad.

I actually enjoy a little fighting dirty every now and then, but thats the only thing Peter does. If he can tone it down and stop throwing haymakers he will be liked by more people.

Punching someone in the back of the head used to be looked down upon greatly, I don't know why you are overlooking it, he did it three times. He knew he couldn't beat Wlad so he tried to kill him, he brought his guns to the legal knife fight.

Ok that was a dumb analogy.

You're officially the most ******ed poster in this board Hoes. I suggest watch more boxing than MMA.

Peter has a future in the heavyweights and Mayorga became champ already.

You're fair in your assessment but Byrd and Peter are totally different then Peter. The reason that Peter didn't get knocked out is because Wlad literally believed the hype and was scared of Peter.

Peter is more then just hype, but until he learns some head movement and to shorten up his punches and not telegraph them, then he's just another heavyweight.

Well, since the score of the fight was 114-111, it is baltently apparent that all three knockdowns counted on the cards...
In addition to this, Peter landed two clean punches that dropped wlad, one was illegal.
