Didn't really understand the comment: "the fight will happen if Ward wants it to happen", and then she started to complain about the MGM making demands and Bob Arum who has nothing to do with the fight, wat does Ward not wanting the fight have to do with the MGM grand making such demands? Is Kathy trying to use the media again during negotiations or is she gonna pull out of these negotiations too like she did with the Stevenson fight? Taking stuff like this to the media is always unprofessional and never a good sign.

Use your brain, the purse bid was happening and Kov was a free agent from HBO. She pulled out of something she begged for. After she pulled out she resigned Kov to HBO. Don't be such a pencil smoker and come up with dumb theories. The fact is that Kov was a free agent after the 2nd Pascal fight. She begged for the mandatory spot in the WBC and she got it. He was a free agent and was the mandatory with the purse bid coming up. FACT IS SHE PULLED OUT AND HAD HIM VACATE! If she can't afford to make a purse bid don't freaking beg for the mandatory spot unless you're okay with being out bid and your fight earning more money.

Stevenson had 2 opportunities to make the fight before the purse bid even became an issue. And they passed on both times. Stevenson gains nothing by avoiding top-level competition that would have given him a good payday. And he's what, 39 now? They should have been doing everything in their power to get this marquee matchup. But they didn't. That's more telling on Stevenson's team than Kovalev's. Can you say "bad business"?

The venue was announced in June. Why only now argue about it? Why is rocnation making a big fuss about it now?...two months after ESPN announced it would be in T-mobile Arena? Bad business? Bad promotion? He scared? Why only now bring it up?

Tom Loeffler and Kathy Duva are some of the worst promoters in boxing.

King, Arum, and Schaeffer ruled over boxing for a long time because they were legit promoters that knew how to close the deal.

GGG and Kovalev need new promoters. Plain and simple

Duva and Loeffler esque promoters serve their purpose of getting fighters to a certain stage. After they're at that stage, they need the approved known promoters that known to take guys to the next level
