walters and rigo was offered the highest purse in their career against a guy with little pro experience and still ducked him..

I agree with what he said about HBO paying for Ward-Brand. They are airing Kovalev-Ward. They shouldn't have to pay for two other crap fights for that privilege. Each fight should have value on its own. Airing that fight will definitely hurt boxing and have turned off any new fans that tuned in.

Good for Salido's manager looking out for his fighter. Salido has the long and accomplished career, he would be extending the courtesy of a rematch and he has the fanbase. Team Lomachenko are asking for a rematch they have seven pro fights with few fans and want to dictate who gets what...Salido wont miss any fans or money... Eh at worst Rocky was 1-1 last year vs Salido, he won the first legit. Big difference between bringing 2 belts to the table, and being unified in your imaginary rankings.

Salido cheated on the scales and landed numerous low blows just to barely sc**** by a guy with one pro fight. Salido's team knows he wouldn't be so lucky in the rematch.

Technically the fight doesn't have to happen but it would be nice for Loma to avenge that loss before Salido is shot to the point where Loma would get no credit for beating him (although there are some posters who wouldn't give Loma credit anyway).
