This is a good move however it turns out this particular time. You either want for real testing where boxers can be tested any time or you don't really give a f#ck about PEDs in boxing.

Even if the WBC drops the ball I believe this moves the needle in the right direction long term & someone, another alphabet group or commission or network or ???, will pick up the ball & run it more into the right direction at some future date.
