It would be huge. What's holding up the show? Why don't they fight each other and settle it? Does one of them not want to fight the other? I pick Joshua to win by KO. He looks more impressive to me. He throws more correct and straighter, shorter punches. Wilder punches so wide much of the time. Sometimes Wilder throws punches with both feet off the ground and gets wild and sloppy. Joshua is more precise and accurate with his punches.
How big would Wilder v Joshua be?

In the UK it would be massibe. But America would not care in the slightest. It would be lucky to get two minutes of coverage on ESPN.
America has moved on from heavyweight boxing. They do not care about "the next great American heavyweight" as evidenced by Wilder's abysmal FOX ratings.Comment

It would be very big.
Neither are that big in the US right now, but if they fought and the network (showtime and CBS presumably) really put their promotional weight behind it, both would become known pretty quickly.
This isnt like the smaller weights where people really need to know a fighter to be a fan, these guys are alpha male HW's. Just get them on the screen, put a couple KO highlight/hype videos together and casuals will come crawling.
Showtime will have no problem commiting big money to an event like this because its almost guaranteed to be a fun fight, and no matter who wins they will be getting a piece of a very large and profitable pie.Comment

Vitali getting TKOTFO wasn't definitive enough for you? This is going to be Lewis vs. Klitschko #2. but this time we will have a definite winner. I wonder what the PPV buys would look like...the venue must be the meca of Boxing Las Vegas and those crazy delusional Brits with there flutes and horns singing the praises of that steroid cheat will be silenced with the chant...U.S.A! U.S.A! U.SA!Comment

Wilder only gets 'wild and sloppy' when the opponent is clearly hurt and staggering about. He never does that while the opponent is advancing or while the opponent is clear headed. Usually he will be backing off and warding the opponent with a jab and countering with one twos and check hooks. When he leads it's always with a jab, a straight right, and a one two. Also sometimes with a left hook to the body and the head.It would be huge. What's holding up the show? Why don't they fight each other and settle it? Does one of them not want to fight the other? Given your lack of intel, I'm guessing you only watched Wilder highlights because if you watched any of the fights since Stirvirne you wouldn't be spewing this nonsense.Comment
