People might talk **** about this old version of Briggs and he certainly isn't what he used to be, but he would still KO De Mori and Gjergjaj. So yes, he is more dangerous than anybody Haye has faced in 4 years. Does Haye beat him, almost surely, but why take the slight risk of fighting Briggs (who does still have a ton of power and a great chin), when Haye can fight another Bosnian bouncer in front of a packed arena for millions?

I doubt Haye ever had any intention of fighting Briggs, he just used his name to promote his recent mismatches.
