Not going to happen. He'd need to run a steroid cycle for a long while to even get to a decent size--- and even then, he'd still be probably too small for the division. Definitely too small to fight a top heavyweight.

As far as I'm concerned, he probably won't even go to cruiserweight. The weight gap is just too huge.
