why am i considered some second rate/casual/knucklehead fan just cause i find wards spoiler style boring as ****. Only appreciating the offensive part of boxing doesn't make you second rate or a knucklehead, but it does make you a casual fan. What makes me a fan is when a fighter uses his tools (no matter what they are) to overcome or offset his opponents strengths to lead to a W. I am equally impressed when a fighter uses his strengths so well his opponent can't overcome or offset them.
