He's in a very tough weight class with Robeisy Ramirez (Defending champ), Michael Conlan(World champ) and Murodjon Akhmadaliev. Getting a medal is going to be tough.

Out of the guys you mentioned I'd be worried about Ramirez the most, kid is too quick too slick and a southpaw with a lot of experience on the world class level and he's in his prime at 23 years of age, cuban school of amateur boxing is very tough to beat.

Ramirez beat Conlan easily but I wouldn't sleep on Conlan due to his experience, that's the problem with Americans in the olympics, sometimes they have to fight guys that are way more experienced and that experience can make a huge difference. Shakur only fought in the Jr Olympics and at the Jr World championship, these 2 fought at these AND at the senior versions and they WON medals already at the senior level, this is Shakur's first time at the big dance so let's see how he's gonna handle it.
