Don't think ward ever fought like Crawford that night and I doubt he can if he tried because kov can cut off the ring better than postol. Got ward winning but not like the way Crawford won.

You late, I made this exact same thread. Ward can't move like Crawford anymore, so no. He will move a lot tho, but not nearly as much as Crawford did. Krusher is also much more fluid offensively than Postol and has waaay more power p4p than postal.

This and what Larry said. He's a much better fighter than Postol, but even in the case that Ward starts pulling away big, I have full faith that Kov will go all out in an effort to get a KO

dont think so, havent seen ward run/move like bud did in that last fight and i dont think his capable of it tbh. Also if kov is down he will pull the trigger and go for a ko much sooner then Postal did in the 12th.

Ward is going to make this fight as ugly has he can. He'll move and run but I think he's going to hug and hold more than anything. Running expends a lot of energy, holding not so much.

Regardless, I think that action will be hard to find in this fight and it'll let a lot of people down as far as the entertainment factor is concerned

I'm hoping for a great fight but wouldn't be surprised if Ward just dominated him somehow and made it an unexciting snoozer...

Postol was limited and got exposed. I think he can still do fine in the sport, but he has to develop some new skills. May not be easy at 32, but he can do it if he works at it.

Kovalev has way more power, but also mre defensive skills and doesn't tie and clinch as much. He does mainly fight from the outside, but I don't think that will hurt him. Ward may try to smother him, but I don't see it working. it's going to be interesting, but Kovalev has plenty to work with.
