          Commissions need to agree on who can fight & who can't fight. Oscar Rivas got denied to fight someplace a couple months back over eye issues & then fought elsewhere with lower requirements. Mares gots some sort of eye problem & got denied to fight somewhere & now its looking like he's gonna fight again elsewhere with lower requirements.

          Either you can fight or you can't. Lets streamline some basic **** like who can fight at least commissions what the f#ck.

              If Mares is 100% healthy then why did NYSAC say he failed two eye exams?

              There must be something wrong there.
