He hasn't fought anyone even close to the top 10 since Stiverne. He ducked Povetkin(Povetkin was CLEARED by WADA, don't make excuses demos), and is probably going to have a rematch against Dustin Nichols or Chris Arreola next. Seriously when is this guy going to fight someone half decent?

I'm not a Wilder fan and also want him to fight a good opponent but he can't be blamed for the Povetkin fight anyway. Yeah Povetkin has since been cleared but at the time their fight was meant to happen, he wasn't.

So obviously he would have fought a live body. He obviously had to get a new opponent and it's probably not that easy to get a top fighter that short notice, although i'm certain they could have got someone better than Arreola.

There's no reason why they can't reschedule the Povetkin fight now though if he's cleared. I'd be disappointed if they don't make the fight again.
