Pac is already at the end of his career, I rather see him against a guy who will trade with him and give a good fight, now if Vargas is a man of his word he will bring that fire like he claims, but if he boxs and moves like Mosley ill be disappointed. He prevents a fight from happening. He then pulls some strings to kick start the narrative of the top guy being afraid to fight the top guy he is grooming. People are more likely to buy into the hype when they believe a great fighter is wary of him.
