All I know is Floyd couldn't wait for that fight to be over. It did not go as planned. I think Maidana surprised him at how much better he is, in the fight versus how he looks when you watch him. He actually fought a beautiful fight and was doing well not getting tagged with clean shots himself even though after the 8th round the fight for away from him and Floyd claws his way back into the fight but there's no ****ing way that was an 8-4 Floyd fight as most the score cards suggested, that was a draw type fight. There was no clear winner there but of course Floyd got backyard love, per usual.

was a great fight, maidana had the perfect style to fight mayweather but just not quite good enough to get the job done but was a hell of an effort. Got stuck into him, swarmed him and showed him no respect. Mayweather showed his toughness and adaptability to turn the fight in his favour in the later rounds.

A draw wouldve been cool man, I dont think Maidana won but it was one of those fights where a draw wouldve been satisfying because that wouldve guaranteed 3. One thing I think surprised Floyd and Broner too was Maidana isnt slow. The Chino before Garcia was a slow puncher but surprisingly Garcia improved Chinos hand speed.

Yeah man, I dont think there is a current boxer that could keep that pace for 12 rds. Usually high volume punchers lack speed or power, Chino threw every shot fast and hard for about a good 8rds.

Very good fight 8-4 was hardly crazy as is suggested above pretty fair I thought as the post said the fight fell away from Maidana from the 8th and the other rounds were hardly washouts for Maidana at most I could have given 5 rounds that fight

Lets be honest, Maidana only had success in that fight because Mayweather allowed him to. He could have easily done what he did in the second fight but chose not to.

With that said, do you think the second fight would've been different if Weeks were the ref again?
If Floyd is to tough why did he force Maidana to use pillow gloves?
Why did he have to clinch maidana 70+ times?

                  He pussied...

He's talking about the first fight you dumb ****, there wasn't much clinching at all, Mayweather fought Maidana at his own game and won.

Personally I think the ref was the main difference in both fights...
