I have beaten up on Manny fan boys for a long time, however, to come back from beating Tim, I do understand to a degree why Crawford would not be an option. Manny is 36 or 37? It's really time he should call it quits, but whether for financial reasons, he wants to continue. Vargas imo has little chance, and if he's returning for financial reasons, he needs to have fights that are competitive, but sound financial decisions too. Many older fighters lose to the best of the next generation...it's the way this sport works, Floyd beat Oscar, who Manny also beat, but Floyd beat a heavier and better version, but the point is that put one great into history, and the next top guy in the PPV spotlight. Vargas is an ok opponent. Definitely not great, but ok. Leaving on a Bradley win was much better, it's too bad he couldn't stay away. I'll state from NOT being a fan of Manny, but not hating him, that he could beat Crawford, however he better get back on the ariza shakes first.

Bob Arum will offer Crawford the Manny fight only if Crawford is willing to sign a contract extension. If/when Crawford signs that contract extension Manny WILL fight Crawford, Bobby will see to it!

Respect for Ward for taking the fight. This is a risky fight for him but one I think he can win.

I think that him and Jackson will be ready.

KOvalev is a beast.

This will be a competitive/close fight, with Ward likely edging it due to ring control, experience, and adjustments.

Kovalev isn't a bad boxer, he isn't just a puncher. Obviously Ward is the better, he wasn't p4p second only to Floyd for no reason.

Like I said I think Ward wins but it'll be close round by round, ultimately 116-117 in Ward's favour, knock downs may make this fight closer, we'll see. I'm excited.

This is so ****ing awesome. Show the lower weights how big fights get made. Show them what it takes to be great! I like and respect Ward but I hope Kovalev can win in epic fashion whether he forces a war or gets a KO. He's an active and exciting champion who deserves his spot at the top.
