False. What has actually happened is policy brutality has come to forefront of the public knowledge. It's no longer a biline in a comic's standup. It's a real issue. It does not mean that the # of shootings has increased. They're getting more coverage.shootings by police of black people in America has increased, black Americans still have some of the highest prison numbers and lowest education numbers. Illiteracy is rife. Ethnic ********** in general, in particular black and latino people still have the lowest levels of health cover, especially when compared to the white population.
None of those things you're mentioning are a result of ***** presidency. He's not god, he can't magically improve the level of education in the country, he can't magically find trillions of dollars and give free health care to everyone - and guess what, when he tries, he gets derailed by bunch of idiots.
