If we're talking about this decade it's still Pacquiao, Mayweather, Wlad and Hopkins, as was the case in the last decade.
In terms of the new guys, Khan, Canelo and Bradley have built up a considerable body of work, won multiple world titles and put on some very good fights. We shouldn't forget Donaire either who has had a slow decline but is still a very good fighter and the fast rising Frampton.
2010'S - Mayweather, Pacquaio, and Wlad
2000'S - Mayweather, Lewis, and Hopkins
1990'S - Jones Jr, De La Hoya, and Holyfield
1980'S - Tyson, Leonard, and Chaves Sr
1970'S - Ali, Duran, and Monzon
i think the boxer with the best skills right now is vasyl lomachenko. ward's still looked a bit off since coming back, and though rigondeaux has flashes that are greater than what both can produce, there's more to pro boxing than just looking incredible in spots.
