Andrade is just plain dumb with poor management and advice

Andrade lacks common sense and gets no advice for his meager career thus makes no money and gets poor fights because Andrade is clueless. Andrade needs a smart astute manager who will; actually help him and not make Andrade a slave on boxings plantation of field hands gewtting little in return for their efforts.
