Because Rigo is a Top 10 P4P boxer and willing to fight in Belfast. Also a fight with Rigo at 122 would allow Frampton to keep his new 126 pound title.

Frampton don't want it I'd rather see Rigondeaux fight Gary Russell go after him

turning down lomachenko was foolish... unless he doesn't believe he can win
Lomanchenko is not enough of an A-side boxer for Rigo to give up size and money. No they aren't with the same promotions but a potential deal can be made and put on HBO.

No question Rigo is a top fighter but if it don't make dollars it don't make sense.

when the alternative is facing jazza ****ens on an undercard in cardiff, $500k to face lomachenko at 126 is a great deal

the only reason he turned it down is because loma would probably beat him

it's the GGG-ward situation all over again but even worse because at least golovkin had some other options

Good for Franpton! All these top guys fight for money, his situation isn't any different.

Oh, that honest approach now would be fine If you didn't promise him the fight way back then after beating Quigg...
I still think Frampton is the standout fighter for this year but Frampton made a promise he should keep to especially If Rigo is willing to move up for Carl.
