He just said in an interview that his fight in March is off, he hurt his back and he thinks that it's a sign for him to quit. I would have liked to see him fight Vlad again,
Corrie Sanders isn't coming back

agreed, but his left hand was the hardest power punch in the hw division. i beleive lampley said how much psi was behind one time(cant remember).since he's a hw then its almost like he has the hardest punch in the world.Originally posted by MarjohDoesn't bother me. He should've stayed retired after the loss to V.Klitch anyway.

Good, it was a pointless comeback anyway. He did but up a couragous effort against Vitali but he got a beating plain and simple. Nobody was interested in a rematch.Comment

If he doesn't get his lazy ass up and does some working in the gym he's on the verge of getting hurt badly. And since I just don't believe in the first part of the sentence I hope I don't have to see the second coming true.Originally posted by pbds....I hope so, I would love to see him knock out some of the pretenders in the heavyweight division.Comment

Corrie Sanders should be the star of a wasted talent thread. Such athletic ability and natural power. He should of been a heavyweight champion. Unfortunately he was never able to get into shape.
I think I would rather see him make a run at the PGA tour. It's ok to be fat and drink alot of Beer there

The image of Sanders I can never shake from my mind was him laying around in his dressing room before the Vitali fight, grinning and lazily waving to the camera like some bloated hippopotamus that had learned to smoke pot.
At that point, before he had even gotten into the ring, I knew he had no chance.Comment
