Frampton TWICE said "you cannot be the best unless you beat the best and that is Rigo". And twice he said he would fight Rigo! He needs to go to his promoter and demand the fight that he said he wanted. He needs to be a man of his word.

I think Rigo is top 5 P4P, but at some point he needs to go to 126 and fight Loma, Gary Russell Jr., LSC, Cuellar, Mares, Frampton, Quigg, or Selby. You are absolutely right, I am afraid though that if rigo moves to 126, half the fighters there will suddenly move to 130.

Well, LSC and Frampton are fighting at 126. Rigo said he isn't going to 126.
