From what's been put out there (and from what Robert Garcia has been saying), Mikey's currently a free agent, but will likely end up agreeing to a co-promotional deal with Mayweather Promotions/Haymon (with Leonard Ellerbe handling the grunt work of staging the fights where Mayweather Promotions is licenced and Haymon leveraging things to get certain fights agreed to) to feature Mikey and the upcoming prospects that Robert Garcia is bringing along, who are not signed elsewhere.

Only hang-up is that it's unclear in Mayweather Promotion can do business in California or would they have to bring in TGB on the fights in SoCal.
