Prime for Prime, if this was pre-Margarito 1 then I say Cotto. Currently, I'd say Chino.

I'm glad for Cotto that he was able to get a couple of big fights and money at the tail end of his career but at this point he is just living off of his name. Right now, Maidana would kill him and could seriously hurt Cotto. He should retire.
