I can understand someone might come to the idea of height classes. But what is it with that catchheights? Do you cut someones bones short and lengthen another ones? Come on, man...

Similar to cutting weight,but you just cut heighth instead through dieting,surgery,or prayers if you're religious.

No I'm not saying that at all. Any fighter can eat a taller one but it should be a level playing field.

How do you assure fighters don't add height after the height-in? I would hate for a fighter to have an unfair advantage possibly adding 3-4" the day of the fight.
