There are a number of ways GGG can retire undefeated, consistently fighting the top guys in or around his division isn't one of them.

Andre Ward is a cut above GGG already, should he make 168 comfortably I have no doubts at all he stops Golovkin.

If Smith had fought all his fights at 168 I believe he'd be in the top already, when or should be fight the top three I think he'll stop any of those guys. Ward was no.1 already there, he outgrew the divisom having cleared it out establishing himself p4p no.2 in the process, halted only by PBF from being recognised no.1 in the sport.

      Read it and weep.

EDIT: my word I can't believe I missed that WHOPPER the first time, 'Ward is feather fisted' !? Did you just really say that ?! Ward looked as though he'd been hit by a freight train after their fight, Kessler I genuinely felt sorry for. NSB huh !
i felt sorry for kessler too, he was headbutted throughout the fight. callum smith is overrated, both degale and groves would beat him
