  • Max Kellerman Blast Mayweather on First Take Pac will fight Crawford

    Max says:

What floyd was, is the opposite of what the fight game wants from him,

He is exploiting the fans and the networks by not fighting the fight they want to see and thus not taking all this unnecessary punishment and waiting just the right time, to fight just the right guy, and when that guy means maximum reward, minimum risk.

    In short:

Floyd takes the path of less resistance. Low risk high reward blueprint.

Floyd is a bad precedence to boxers now.

while on the other hand, Pac takes all challenges.

If I was a manager of Pacquiao, I'll say don't take that fight, but as a boxing fan, I love the fact that Pacquiao takes on challenges, Terence Crawford is the biggest, baddest challenge he can take on right now, and given Pacquiao character and his nature and his track record, I think he's gonna take him.

If it's so easy why doesn't every top boxer do it? Because you need to win every single one of those "high reward low risk fights". Something 99% of boxers can't do. You also need to get into a position of power in order to start picking fights. Floyd did that at the start of his career. He wanted to fight everyone. Why didn't others fight him? Because he was a high risk, low reward fighter.

Floyd fans, don't shoot the messenger, talk about what Max said..

I know it hurts..but truth will always come pouring out..

legacy brothas that's what it's all about. You can't have it both ways. You fight who is hot, when being great calls for it and embrace all comers to prove your metal as a great fighter.

Floyd went to the path of less resistance and even 'till the end.. he still did it to the last drop.

          cough..cough.. Berto..cough cough..

To be fair, fans are at fault here, too. Just don't pay for these boring, dull fights (or fighters) when you know they're not gonna give you a return for your money in entertainment value. The fact that so many did with Floyd is what has helped set that bad precedence. "He made a ****load of cash doing it, maybe I can, too."

Man I wish you were obsessed with like......ending world hunger or something because I have never seen someone spend literally every day of their lives on the same exact topic without fail. I am sure you would find the secret to ending hunger or die trying.
