I hope this PPV did well for TC's and Boxings sake. Golovkin's brand is growing every day. I don't think any of them think they made the wrong choice.
How is his brand growing? Failed ppv now going to London to beat up a welter.

Dude, comparing Golovkin to Crawford is like comparing Sergio Martinez to Abner Mares. Someone with a massive hometown fanbase, potential ethnic fanbase all over the country, and a big time promoter cannot really be compared to someone with a smaller promoter, didn't build their career up here, and who has no ethnic base to support him.

The fact that Golovkin is where his is is incredible and speaks volumes about his performances and the way he excites boxing fans.

For one thing that's a smack in the face to Crawford's win. Second, it shows that their obsession with Golovkin is even worse than we thought.

Motorcity Cobra, CaneloMadaina, Larryxxx Sugarkainehook seriously need help. Of course there are plenty of other detractors but these guys have shown to be the worst.

I came on here after watching the fight , scrolled through the posts i'd missed, and expected to see posts about how good Crawford's performance was, how he's changed people's opinions on home ect. But instead there was more threads about Golovkin.

Crawford just unified, became lineal, via dominating a really good fighter, climbing the P4P list in the process. And instead the same guys as always turned the Crawford threads into GGG threads before the thread at even hit 5 posts.

It's embarrassing. It's becoming a chore visiting the forums these days.
I completely understand both of your points but With all due respect this isn't the first time we've seen posters do stuff like. When the fighter being "persecuted" was someone NSB hated, the lack of responses like these suggests posters were ok with this type of stuff.

Now that its GGG we see alot of "hey guys, come on enough is enough this is unfair, you are obsessed etc etc." Where was this years ago?

Now I am all for improving the site and getting rid of poisonous trolls but, respectfully, it is completely unfair to ask NSB to suddenly stop being NSB now.

I am a GGG fan because of his performances in the ring. I have never paid attention to how much money his fights made. He couldn't have fought Ward even if he wanted to. Ward challenged him when he was legally bound by a signed contract to fight Lemieux. Right after that Ward was injured and out of action for a long time.

That's unbelievable, I never seen detractors so obsessed.

Even Floyd didn't have so much useless threads.

White boy getting them all over the place.

Lets see this with some sense...If you ask me, TC has a lot more room to grow than GGG just by the fact of size and age...he clearly can grow one more weight class and has only 28? cant remember....plus he is american(where the money is, along with UK)

So if someday TC surpasses GGG I see it completely normal...and you know what I dont care that much...because both are very good fighters and I like watching them both.

It was BS then and it's BS now, with some posters on both sides of these silly feuds showing a lamentable lack of self-awareness and mind twisting levels of hypocrisy at different times. What's more remarkable is that most of them are genuine boxing fans... ah well. **** it. No one will either give a **** or even remember all the wasted words in a few years.

Floyd detractors used to do the same thing and I always spoke out against them. I think it got to the point where some said that Madiana beating Broner was proof that Pacquiao would beat Mayweather. But really its ****ing your head against the wall.

                      Look at the excuses!

I will laugh if TC has a higher ppv number than lilg.
