there aren't 5 fighters that can match him defensively, even when he's overweight. Teddy Atlas hammered him about his weight on fnf not too long ago. i hope he listens

James is still ok. He does need to get his conditioning up but he is as skilled a fighter as is out there. Granted he's slowed abit with age and injury but he is still one of the elite.

I guess. but thats mostly because every heavyweight sucks compared to what Toney used to face. He learned a lot from his experience with those guys and the dramatic drop in talent allows him to stay up there. He is good defensively though...

I lost alot of respect for him but objectively I would be a fool to say that James is **** and a fat *****. The guy has old school skills and is still able to display them against younger competition, and win. James was alot of fun back in the day, but I only lost respect as a person for him not as a fighter.
