Crawford did something very few fighters do and very few trainers will ask their fighters to do. Instead of going at Postol and getting beat to the punch he decided to back away, move laterally and time the bigger man using angles, thus limiting his high output. This is what Hopkins did with Tarver and Pavlik. This is what Lara, Rigo and Floyd do. This is what Andre Ward does. I've seen Loma do that in WSB. He belongs to that list of fighters.
You don't have to sell out when fighting a guy with a bigger reach. You don't always have to come forward when you're the shorter guy.

tbf TC aint a runner and can look for teh KO, although last night he realised Postol wasn't going anywhere and was keen to coast. That's the difference between good and truly great.

In terms of Rigo, the guy is actually a fearsome puncher but for some reason, he chooses not to consistently engage and he can give pretty boring performances.

Lara is a pure runner so I'll give you that.
