There are no opportunities for foreign fighters like there is for American fighters. What do you want these guys to do? A lot of the times the only way they could make a living is by fighting for their country. Do you think promoters are lining up to sign these guys? It's starting to change a bit for sure.
If GGG and Loeffler do what they say they are interested in doing, which to sign Eastern European and Central Asian fighters, then I'm sure we'll start getting more fighters from those regions turning pro earlier.
Before the 90s they couldn't go pro and post 90s there wasn't many, if any, opportunities for them until recently. Guys like Klitschko, GGG, Loma, Kovalev are the ones changing the game for these fighters. Now there are more opportunities for them.
There wasn't many offers for Loma after the 08 Olympics. That's one of the reasons he didn't go pro after the 08 Olympics.
You're ignorant.
You dislike Loma, so shouldn't you be happy that he didn't turn pro earlier? That way you don't have to see him that much.
You are probably one of those people that hate European (specifically Eastern) and Asian fighters. Well, there will be a lot of bad news for you in the future.
You will also get your wish of Eastern European and Central Asian fighters turning pro at an earlier age now that there is more opportunities. Especially if GGG and Loeffler start signing. And I bet you'll still find something to complain about.
Bs I'm fine with what he did but Lomachenko could have easily went pro after the 08 Olympics. He was named the best fighter in the tournament so I'm sure he wouldn't have had a problem getting noticed by a top promoter.

Lomachenko didn't have the opportunities like the American fighters.
Plus, like I said that was just one of the reasons why he didn't go pro.
