Philosophically speaking. It landed on the back of the head, which is an illegal punch. Should a KD caused by an illegal punch count?
Should that first kd in Crawford-Postol have counted?

I said philosophically speaking. Did not matter here, but it has mattered in other occasions.
And I was surprised HBO didn't discuss the possibility of it not being legit even after the replay and confirming it was on the back of the head. Do they not care?
Ref takes a point off Postol becasue he hit Crawford in the back of the head, but also takes a point off Postol for getting himself hit in the back of the head. Doesn't make sense to me.Last edited by DoktorSleepless; 07-24-2016, 01:17 AM.Comment

Got a gif? I though it slipped around the back a little because they were turning (if I remember correct).
I would have counted it because it's one of those where people would crucify you if you didn't.
Your point is valid though, and raises a good question.Comment
