I want to see him develop more of an inside game. Slip, roll and counter in the pocket. Get off combos and pivot away. Not rely as much on movement and bouncing in and out of range. I think when he starts fighting bigger welterweights that will be a necessity . If he can do that, he will be close to being a complete fighter.

Top 3 of this current generation. Potentially the best.

May not ever be the star that floyd was, but he could be this generation's pernell whittaker.
But he needs a lot more years of these types of wins..

Right now he is basically in the same spot where Tim Bradley was at after he beat Devon

            What do you mean?

I thought Floyd and Pernell are peers in ability

He still gets hit too much. I wanna see when he faces a power puncher and gets hit flush.

True, but far apart in star power... Just like andre Ward and floyd now.. Both elite and undefeated p4p guys yet floyd is a mega star and Ward is not..

At worst I think crawford has a Tim Bradley, nonito doņaire type career

At best he could be the next hopkins

Crawford has to keep up the trolling and showboating

True, but I don't think that's his personality or style..

It comes naturally to guys like floyd, mayorga, Camacho

Pernell would showboat a lot, but he couldn't keep it up 24/7, just not his personality.. Same thing for roy jones.. Showboater inside the ring, outside not so much
