That red mark is a result of a skin irritation/inflammation at the site of a recent injection.

Most likely he took the painkillers even after NSAC told them they couldnt.

That makes it an illegal injection.

Why else would manny show absolutely ZERO signs of full thickness rotator cuff tear? They were aware of the injury pre fight, yet Manny never mentions the injury during the fight and it was never adressed in the corner between rounds.
