Overall, Arum does a terrible job for his eastern European boxers. He seems to dislike them, I don't understand why he signs them in the first place?

With low pay, meaningless opposition, and periods of inactivity he's ruined good fighters like Korobov, Mekhontsev, etc.

They would have been better off signing with Al Haymon, DiBella, Main Events, K-2, or Golden Boy.

Haymon is millions in the red because of how he runs business....luckily for him, some idiot with money is out there who will bail him out....maybe.

30k for a ppv fight isn't about fair market value, it's about Arum failing. Give anyone else a gold medalist and they're making 100k 3 years in. Dominic Wade made more in 1 fight on HBO than a gold medalist made his whole career.

PPV(because of need, not demand) undercard....big difference.
They signed with Arum didn't they? I'm sure he's fulfilling a contract they agreed to...that's all he needs to do...If they're discontent with his efforts, simple, don't resign with him once the contract runs out.

Gvozdyk only has 10 fights and hasn't earned his pay.

Before someone jumps in and says "What about Lomachenko". Lomachenko had a unrivaled career as an amateur with two gold medals. He was a hot commodity and signed a big contract. Lomachenko is boxing's equivalent of a 1st overall pick in the NFL draft. Those guys get paid more than the 15th overall pick (which is Gvozdyk).
